Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary is not responsible for any packages once sent out by USPS. If lost, or stolen, Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary is not responsible for giving a refund.
Once purchases are made, there are NO refunds once your order has been placed after 24 hours.
If a package comes damaged, email Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary with proof and another package will be sent out. The customer must pay for shipping costs.
When you book a service, Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary is not responsible and will not adhere to give medical advice, or any help with decisions that are made by the client. Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary is not a medical professional or licensed counselor.
When you book, you’re agreeing that you are 18 or older.
BOOKING : Please note- When booking, you will be provided with a calendar that shows you the availability that is open. There is NO availability outside of those times. The times presented are CST time.
After you schedule, an email will be sent to you with your zoom link attached for your scheduled video session with a Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary Staff member. You have until 48 hours (2 days) BEFORE your scheduled booking DATE to cancel with FULL Refund. Anytime after 48 hours ( 2 days) before your scheduled booking DATE you are ineligible for refund. **THIS excludes all typed readings. TYPED Readings are NON refundable!-*** **ALL SPELLWORK REQUIRE CONSULTATION EXPECT ANY PROSPERITY AND ANY PROTECTION WORKING— THIS APPLIES TO RETURNING CLIENTS!*** If you are more than 15 Mins late, you will be considered a no show and will be ineligible for refund. If you miss your session, you have the option to rebook according to the availability on the site for a $5 fee within 24 hours after the missed session.
It is your sole responsibility as the client to make sure you show up on time or contact Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary staff members if you’re unable to show up for a session.
When booking spell work you will receive an email of the date of when your work will be casted. This email will be sent out within 24 - 48 hours after purchase. Proof of spellwork (photos and/or video clips) will be sent out after spellwork has been casted. All spellwork emails will be sent within 5-10 business days (based on business hours, all nationally recognized holidays are excluded from business days).
All group rituals will NOT receive emails regarding the ritual and instead the photos and/or videos will uploaded across social media platforms ( X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads)
Please also take note that Sacred Thorns Botanica & Apothecary Employees are 100% in their right to refuse service to clients at any time.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not given once given the service. All Sales for products are final.
RECASTING POLICY: Recasting Fees are 70% percentage of the initial casting’s price. All recasting purchases will receive an invoice of the recasting price as it is based on the ritual previously booked. All invoices have to be paid within 5 business days to keep your casting slot. Any and all bundles or sales on services are NOT eligible for recasting. All recasting will become eligible for booking 3 months after initial working being completed.
